Haapsalu – Dirhami summer line operates until 24 August 2014.
From 20 June until 24 August, L&L AS will be operating bus no. 28 on the route Haapsalu – Dirhami – Haapsalu, enabling locals and visitors alike to explore the natural environment and beautiful coastline of the north-western part of Lääne County and to enjoy their summer holidays in the great outdoors.
Anyone interested in cycling their way around Noarootsi can hire bikes from local companies. Information about such services is available from Haapsalu Tourist Information Centre on +372 473 3248 or by e-mailing info@visithaapsalu.com.
The summer line – which was launched last year as a pilot project with the support of Lääne County government and local authorities – proved so popular that this year it was decided to let it run for one month longer.
The timetable takes into account connections with other county lines. For example, from Monday to Saturday residents of Lääne-Nigula municipality can catch the 10:34 no. 36 (Haapsalu-Taebla-Linnamäe) to Linnamäe, where they can change to the 10:47 summer bus.
In the evening, passengers for Taebla, Palivere and Risti will need to change at the Rannaküla stop.
The summer bus will reach the Rannaküla stop at 17:28, with the no. 727 (Haapsalu – Taebla – Palivere – Risti – Laitse -Tallinn) departing from the stop at 17:40.
Further information about changing buses can be found on this portal and is available by calling Haapsalu Tourist Information Centre on +372 473 3248 or e-mailing info@visithaapsalu.com.
The summer bus is being supported by the local authorities it traverses: the City of Haapsalu and the municipalities of Ridala, Lääne-Nigula and Noarootsi.
