We invite you to an exclusive taste journey where the Nordic sea meets French elegance. This is an evening full of refined flavors, carefully selected drinks, and stories that take you from the Dirhami coast to the vineyards of Bordeaux.
👨🍳 The author of the evening is Anti Lepik / Austerium – an internationally recognized oyster sommelier and multiple world champion, whose passion for seafood and pure flavors is reflected in every dish served.
We begin the evening with a welcome amuse-bouche and drink.
🥂 The 6-course menu includes:
• Austerium oysters – two varieties
• Quick-cured ide with ice asparagus and dill mayonnaise
• Roasted Norwegian scallop with flambéed roe
• Brown crab bisque and handmade ravioli
• Pan-fried monkfish fillet with celeriac cream and trout roe
• Strawberry–rhubarb Eton Mess
🍷 The atmosphere is created by the Laanet family, who will guide you through the world of French wines and cognac:
